For this visualization, the idea was to capture the emotions surrounding the climate emergency. The summer was marked by a series of extreme weather events, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of spiraling panic in response to them. Therefore, I decided to showcase the most shocking events that affected me and categorized them based on their relation to temperature, water, or fires. All of these elements converge into a deep spiral.
