I explored the stress I experienced during one week. Firstly, I focused on representing the intensity of stress using the size of the circles, the duration of stress through the length of bubble groups, and the level of importance I attributed to each stressor by adjusting their height in the chart.
Later, I got curious about the triggers of my stress, so I kept exploring, and I managed to classified them into these categories:
1. Self-imposed demands
2. Lack of time
3. Lack of confidence
4. Exhaution
5. Disarray
6. Juggling too much
This exercise was very insightful and helpful for self-learning!
